1. Raw Material Mixing System
High-speed mixer (hot mixer) + Cooling mixer (cold mixer)
Used for blending PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, lubricants, etc.
2. PVC Extrusion Main Machine
Conical twin-screw extruder (SJSZ series)
Function: Heats and plasticizes the mixed raw material and extrudes it continuously.
Features: Excellent plasticization performance, suitable for rigid PVC.
3. Die Head (Mould)
Custom-designed flat die for shaping the molten PVC into the desired width and thickness of the sheet.
4. Three-Roller Calender (Optional Embossing or Laminating Unit)
Used to smooth or emboss surface textures like wood grain or leather pattern.
Some lines include online lamination for decorative films (PVC, PET, etc.).
5. Cooling and Sizing Table
Typically vacuum calibration platform to cool and shape the extruded sheet.
