1. Twin-Screw Extrusion System
Co-rotating Parallel Twin Screws:Modular screw design with adjustable length-to-diameter ratio (typically 40:1-48:1) for efficient melting, mixing, and degassing.Co-rotation reduces shear heat, making it suitable for heat-sensitive materials (e.g., PLA).
Multi-Zone Temperature Control:Barrel divided into multiple PID-controlled zones (±1°C accuracy), accommodating PET (processing temp: 250-290°C) and PLA (160-200°C).
High-Torque Design:Servo motor or variable frequency drive with torque density ≥12 Nm/cm³ ensures stable high-output production.
2. Melt Filtration & Metering
Automatic Screen Changer:Continuously filters melt impurities (50-150 μm filtration precision), eliminating downtime for screen replacement.
Gear Pump:Stabilizes melt pressure (fluctuation <1%) to ensure uniform sheet thickness.
3. Sheet Forming & Cooling
T-Die:Coat-hanger manifold design with adjustable die lip opening (0.2-5 mm), integrated with automatic thickness control (β-ray or infrared gauging).
Three-Roll Calender:Vertical or inclined configuration, with segmented roll temperature control (±0.5°C); optional glossy/matte surface finish.
Cooling System:Air knife + water cooling for rapid solidification, minimizing crystallization (critical for PET).
4. Haul-Off & Winding
