Product Description

1.Slot die: This is the core component of the coating system, with an adjustable narrow outlet gap. The coating liquid is evenly distributed and coated onto the moving substrate through this gap under a certain pressure. According to the process requirements, the slit die can be divided into fixed and adjustable types
2.Liquid supply system: including storage tank, agitator, filter, and high-precision metering pump, used to provide stable coating liquid without bubbles and impurities
3.Unwinding/rewinding system: using tension control mechanism to ensure that the substrate maintains constant tension during operation, avoiding wrinkles or stretching deformation
4.Drive system: Servo motor drives the drum to achieve high-speed and smooth operation of the substrate
5.Drying system: multi-stage hot air circulation oven with temperature zoning control function, ensuring fast and uniform curing of the coating
6.Control system:  adopts PLC+touch screen human-machine interface, supporting functions such as parameter setting, fault alarm, data recording, etc
