Introduction

Jwell PC Hollow Plate Extrusion Line is designed for producing high-quality polycarbonate (PC) hollow sheets, commonly known as sunlight sheets. The extrusion lines are highly flexible and can manufacture hollow sheets of various specifications and materials, with a width of up to 2300mm and thickness ranging from 4mm to 40mm,the machine capacity can reach 350-450kg/h depend on different models.

 

Key Components and Process

1. Extruder: The single screw extruder is designed with advanced temperature control for excellent plasticization and stable high-output extrusion.

2. Screen Changer: A hydraulic quick screen changer with a double station ensures efficient and stable operation during the screen change process.

3. Mold: Made of high-quality alloy steel, the mold features a portable throttling device to ensure uniform material distribution and thickness.

4. Vacuum Setting Table: Equipped with a fast heat exchange system and staggered vacuum system for precise shaping accuracy and uniform vacuum distribution.

5. Tractors: Two sets of tractors work together; the first set ensures uniform pulling of sheets from the vacuum table, while the second set removes product stress and includes an edge trimming device.

6. Stress Eliminator: Uses large-area conduction heating to eliminate stress and enhance flatness.

7. Cutting Machine: Features precise length cutting and automatic unloading, ensuring high-quality cut surfaces
