Jwell Functional Tape Coating Line: Micron-level accuracy, full process coverage
The modular coating system designed for high-end tape manufacturing integrates coating units such as slit extrusion, multi-roll metering, comma scraper, etc., to achieve precise control of wet coating thickness in the micron range (±0.5μm). Equipped with high-efficiency and energy-saving drying channel and full closed-loop tension system, it supports intelligent operation of PLC man-machine interface or industrial control system. It fully covers the production of special coatings such as double-sided tapes, optical adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and hot-melt adhesives, and empowers the upgrading of electronics, automobiles, and medical tape industries with flexible configuration and ultra-stable processes.
