1. Twin-Screw Extruder (Parallel or Conical)
Function: Melts, mixes, and extrudes WPC raw materials (wood powder + plastic + additives);
Equipped with automatic feeder and precise temperature control system.
2. Extrusion Mold (Hollow Door Panel Mold)
Specially designed mold for hollow profile structure, with flow channels and internal mandrel;
Usually made of stainless steel and includes quick-change features.
3. Vacuum Calibration Table
Provides vacuum suction to shape and size the door panel precisely;
Includes a water cooling system and vacuum pumps for efficient shaping.
4. Cooling Tank (Spray or Immersion Type)
Further cools the door panel after calibration;
Ensures dimensional stability of the hollow structure.
5. Haul-off Machine
Uses upper and lower belts to steadily pull the profile;
Synchronized with extruder and cutter for stable operation.
6. Cutter (Automatic Cutting Machine)
Cuts the door panels to a predefined length;
Options include saw blade cutter or planetary cutting system.
7. Stacker (Automatic Discharge Table)
Automatically receives and stacks the finished door panels.
