1. Conical Twin-Screw Extruder
Function: Melts and plasticizes PVC powder materials.
Features: Ideal for rigid PVC, provides excellent mixing and shearing.
2. Extrusion Die (Profile Mold)
Function: Shapes the molten PVC into the desired door frame cross-section.
Note: Custom-designed based on specific profile geometry.
3. Vacuum Calibration Table
Function: Cools and calibrates the profile to maintain precise dimensions and surface flatness.
Equipped with a vacuum system for accurate shaping.
4. Haul-off Machine (Puller)
Function: Continuously and steadily pulls the formed profile to avoid deformation.
Usually twin traction belt type.
5. Cutter
Function: Automatically cuts profiles to the set length.
Options include saw cutting or flying knife, synced with line speed.
6. Stacker (Discharge Table)
Function: Collects and stacks the finished profiles automatically.
May include soft landing features to protect surfaces.
7. Optional: Automatic Loader + High-Speed Mixer
For raw material pre-mixing, heating, and feeding.
