1. Precision and flexible coating unit
The core is equipped with a micro-concave reverse coating unit (ultra-thin coating, extremely flat surface, no scraper marks) and/or a direct gravure direct coating unit (wide application, strong viscosity adaptability, stable medium and thick coating).
The interchangeable trolley mechanism allows the coating unit to be quickly hoisted and replaced as a whole, greatly shortening the production change time.It supports multi-station configuration and has strong process flexibility, which can meet the production of complex product structures and achieve multiple uses of one machine.

The drying box is optimized and the core pursues high efficiency and saving. 1. Release film products
This production line is the core equipment for manufacturing various types of high-performance release films. It can accurately apply release agents such as silicone oil to form a release layer with uniform thickness, smooth surface, stable and controllable release force, meeting the stringent requirements from ordinary label backing paper to high-end electronic protective film, optical film release layer, OCA/tape release film, etc. It is particularly suitable for producing special release films with low release force, high temperature resistance, no silicon transfer or stable chemical properties.

5. Decorative material thermal transfer products
It is a key equipment for the production of thermal transfer films (such as hot stamping films and decorative films). Release layer, coloring layer, aluminum plating layer (vacuum aluminum plating section is optional), adhesive layer, etc. can be precisely coated on carrier films such as PET.
