Introduction

Jwell front and back double-sided composite laminating production line: double-sided synchronization, intelligent manufacturing of high-strength moisture-proof packaging.
The double-sided synchronous laminating system designed for woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics and paper can complete the front and back lamination at one time through precision extrusion process, significantly improving the tensile strength and moisture-proof performance of the substrate. Optional 180° cylindrical cloth return device and second unwinder can easily realize wide-width substrate lamination, cylindrical cloth double-sided lamination and three-in-one lamination production, providing efficient and reliable core manufacturing equipment for chemical bags, feed bags and container bags.

    This production line uses a dual extrusion system to perform synchronous front and back lamination on the substrate (PP/HDPE woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper), breaking through the limitations of traditional single-sided lamination. The plastic melt (LDPE/PP/EVA, etc.) is evenly coated by a precision die head to form a dense moisture-proof layer, which increases the tensile strength of the substrate by more than 40% and reduces the moisture permeability to ≤5g/m²·24h.

1.180° cylindrical cloth folding device
    Solve the industry problem that cylindrical woven cloth cannot be coated on both sides, and complete the inner and outer double-layer lamination in one pass, avoiding tension imbalance and energy waste caused by multiple lamination;
2. Modular second unwinder
    Expand the production of three-in-one composite materials (such as woven cloth + aluminum foil + PE film), and achieve zero-bubble lamination of heterogeneous substrates through intelligent tension control;
3. Wide-width compatibility
