This production line uses a dual extrusion system to perform synchronous front and back lamination on the substrate (PP/HDPE woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper), breaking through the limitations of traditional single-sided lamination. The plastic melt (LDPE/PP/EVA, etc.) is evenly coated by a precision die head to form a dense moisture-proof layer, which increases the tensile strength of the substrate by more than 40% and reduces the moisture permeability to ≤5g/m²·24h.

Solve the industry problem that cylindrical woven cloth cannot be coated on both sides, and complete the inner and outer double-layer lamination in one pass, avoiding tension imbalance and energy waste caused by multiple lamination;
