Workflow
   1. Raw Material Preparation: PVC raw materials and additives are prepared and fed into the extruder.

   2. Extrusion and Molding: The material is heated, plasticized, and extruded through the mold to form door and window profiles.

   3.Vacuum Calibration: The extruded profiles pass through a vacuum calibration system to ensure precise dimensions and surface finish.

   4. Cooling: The profiles are cooled using water or air to solidify their structure.

   5. Haul-off and Cutting: The haul-off unit pulls the profiles, and the cutting unit trims them to the required length.

   6. Stacking or Conveying: The finished profiles are collected and prepared for further processing, such as assembly into doors and windows.
