Introduction
TPU composite fabric is a kind of composite material formed by TPU film composite on various fabrics. Combined with the characteristics of the two different materials, a new fabric is obtained, which can be used in various online composite materials such as clothing and footwear materials, sports fitness equipment, inflatable toys, etc.
The production line adopts one-step casting and laminating mode. The production line has high-speed automation function, and realizes single-sided or double-sided online composite forming mode, replacing the traditional offline two-step and three-step composite forming mode, reducing product production process, greatly reducing production cost and improving production efficiency, and at the same time improving composite strength and product quality.
The TPU extrusion casting composite process produces high-performance composite materials by bonding TPU with other substrates, allowing the creation of tailored materials with specific properties. The process is efficient, customizable, and widely applicable across various industries. With continuous technological advancements, TPU extrusion casting composites are expected to play an even larger role in meeting the diverse material requirements of different sectors.

Key Components and Process
1. Unwinder machine
To down coiling base material
2. Extruder:
The extruder is the core equipment for TPU extrusion casting composite, used to melt and extrude the TPU. Common extruders include single-screw and twin-screw extruders, with twin-screw systems typically used for more complex material mixing.
3. Casting Die:
The casting die controls the thickness and width of the molten TPU film and extrudes it into the desired shape. The die's design is crucial in determining the film's quality, and it must precisely control the molten material's distribution and cooling process.
4. Laminating Rollers and Heat Press System:
These are used to combine the TPU film with the base material. Through heat and roller pressure, the two materials are bonded. The temperature, pressure, and time need to be tightly controlled to avoid delamination.
5. Cooling System:
The cooling system is responsible for quickly cooling the molten TPU film after extrusion, maintaining its form. Common cooling methods include cooling rollers, water baths, and air cooling, with precise control over the cooling rate being essential for achieving desired material properties.
6. Winding and Cutting System:
The cooling or stretched composite material is then wound into rolls or cut into sheets as required. The winding system needs to ensure the material is wound without creating tension or deforming the product.
Our Production Line Advantages
1. High-Performance Composite Materials: By combining TPU with other base materials, composite materials with specific properties can be created. For example, TPU combined with fabric can enhance flexibility and durability, while TPU combined with metal foils can increase puncture resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Customizable Products: The process allows for the adjustment of TPU-to-base material ratios, composite methods, and film thickness, enabling the production of customized materials with tailored properties for various industrial applications.
3. Improved Production Efficiency: The extrusion casting composite process is suitable for continuous production, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Automated control systems also ensure precise control over each process step, ensuring stability and consistency in production.
4. Wide Range of Applications: This composite process is adaptable to a variety of fields, including packaging materials, automotive components, footwear, electronic product protective films, and more.
Applications
1. Packaging Industry: TPU films combined with other materials are widely used in food packaging, medical packaging, and electronic product packaging, providing excellent protection and durability.
2. Automotive Industry: In automotive interiors, seat covers, window films, and more, TPU composites are used to enhance comfort, durability, and aesthetics.
3. Electronics Industry: TPU composite films are used for protective covers and conductive films in electronic products, offering improved protection and performance.
4. Footwear Industry: TPU is commonly combined with fabrics or other materials to create shoe uppers, soles, and other components, providing excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and comfort.
5. Medical Industry: TPU composite films are used in medical device protection films, infusion tubes, and more, offering biocompatibility and durability.
