The PE WPC products are produced by specially designed screw & barrel, mold, extruder and formula. We have"one step"(Mixer & Profile extrusion )production and"two steps (Pelleltizing+Profile Extrusion) which can save customer's factory power and space, improve the capacity and make sure the pressure to be stable. The modified screw and barrel will not cut down the wooden fiber easily and the raw material can also stay inside extruder evenly. 
Jwell always keeps innovation. Jwell PE/PP WPC profile extrusion line is also developing. From the traditional one extruder production, to two extruders production lines, to three extruders production lines, to five extruders production lines which is the latest design at this moment. So it is with PE WPC floor-from first generation, to second generation, to third generation (double colors floor). The latest design WPC floor can decrease customer's stock pressure, maintenance cost and can meet different customer's requirement. In response to China's Solid Waste Recycling Policy, Jwell designed waste fiber floor product. By adding plastic material into waste cloth, a new fiber plastic composite material is designed. This newly designed material cost is only 1/3 of the foundation plastic material cost. Jwell's fiber plastic composite production line is making contribution to China's recycling economy.
