Product Description
The primary product in this series is the 8 meters waterproof sheet coil die, although customization options are available to meet specific requirements. The computer-aided manifold design ensures uniform material distribution, enabling the production of wide-width products. The extended lip of the die enhances the consistency of the finished product's orientation, reducing die swell and significantly improving the sensitivity of adjustments.
The intersecting curve formed at the junction of the manifold and the die lip in the center of the die cavity improves lateral flow and distribution of the material. The upper lip of the die is adjustable, while the lower lip is replaceable, allowing for the production of different thicknesses of products ranging from 1-4mm (up to 10mm maximum).
