This machine adopts two or more SJZ series conical twin-screw extruders to enable the co-extrusion of three distinct PVC layers into a solid-wall pipe. The inner and outer layers are composed of standard rigid PVC, while the middle (sandwich) layer incorporates either high-calcium PVC or a lightweight PVC foam material. This multilayer structure optimizes cost-performance, improves rigidity, and reduces the pipe's overall weight while maintaining mechanical strength and longevity.
