JWELL-Blowing-Filling-Sealing (BFS) Syste
Blowing-Filling-Sealing (BFS) Machine adopts a spe-cialized packaging free technology, continuous opera-tion, to make medical polyethylene (PE) or polypropyl-ene (PP) particles into containers, fully automatic fillingand sealing process, and fast continuous cycle production. lt integrates several drug production processes intothe same equipment to complete the rectification, blowmolding, filling, and sealing of plastic containers in asingle sterile state, effectively ensuring the safety ofdrug use. This equipment has the advantages of lowproduction and management costs, good aseptic stabil-ity, high intemal quality of the finished product, and lowcross contamination rate of the product. It can be widelyused in the pharmaceutical industry such as eye drops,aerosols, inhalers,injections, disinfectants, and largeinfusion, It is also used for aseptic packaging plasticcontainers in the food and chemical industries.

Extruding
The screw extrudes the plasticized particles continuously through the mold end toform the tube embryo. The tube embryo is supported by sterile air. The tempera-ture of plastic melted and extruded is 170~220 degrees.
BlowingThe mould is quickly moved to the bottle blowing/filing station after theextrudingstation. The bottle blowing, filling and sealing stations are protected in the A-classair shower device. The plastic material is formed into a container through vacuumand/or sterile compressed airin the shape of mold.
Filling
Through the time pressure valve, the liquid is filled into the container and sterile air isdischarged. The pipeline can be ClP and SlP shall before filing, ensures safety of medi-cine.
Sealing

Outfeeding
After sealing,the mould is opened, bottles have been fommed, filled and sealed aresent out ofthe machine fortrimming.

Large capacity products: Mainly used for intravenous injections, disinfectants, cleaning agents, large infusionproducts, et.., with a filing volume range of 50ml-1L, and the production depends on the filing volume and thenumberof mold cavities.
Small capacity products: vainly used for small volume injections, eye drops, ear drops, aerosols, inhalers.anesthetics, cosmetics, and food products, with a filing volume range of 0.1m1-20m. The production dependson the filling volume and the number of mold cavities.
