JWELL PP/PE/ABS/PVC thick plate extrusion line is compatible with multiple thermoplastic materials. Equipped with specially designed screw and coat-hanger die, it ensures uniform and stable plasticization of raw materials. Supported by high-precision three-roll calender system, the finished plates feature smooth surface and controllable thickness tolerance. The whole line adopts intelligent PLC control system, equipped with gravimetric feeding, on-line thickness measurement and servo synchronized cutting, featuring high automation and convenient material changeover. With low energy consumption and low failure rate during operation, the line can steadily produce thick plates widely used in chemical anti-corrosion, environmental protection equipment, electronics, home appliances, advertising and decoration industries. Product Application

• Plastic thick plates produced by JWELL PP/PE/ABS/PVC thick plate extrusion line cover a wide range of applications. PVC thick plates are widely used in chemical anti-corrosion storage tanks, pickling tanks, wastewater treatment equipment and ventilation ducts. PP/PE thick plates feature acid and alkali resistance as well as good impact resistance, suitable for environmental protection equipment, electroplating tanks, aquaculture tanks, truck lining plates and geotechnical pads. ABS thick plates own high rigidity and excellent surface gloss, which can be applied to home appliance housings, rail transit interior parts, luggage panels and advertising decorative sheets. 1. Screw and barrel

As the "core power source" of extrusion equipment, the quality of the screw barrel directly affects the three key aspects of product quality, production efficiency and equipment life. 2. Hydraulic Screen Exchanger

JWELL hydraulic screen changer is matched with thick plate extrusion line. Adopting double-plate hydraulic drive structure, it enables fast and stable screen switching. Reliable sealing prevents melt leakage and ensures stable extrusion pressure. It supports rapid screen change without machine stop, reducing downtime loss and improving production continuity. Compatible with PP, PE, ABS, PVC and other thermoplastic materials. It features easy maintenance and lower scrap rate, guaranteeing surface quality and dimensional accuracy of thick plates.

3. T-die and Three Roller Calender

The coat-hanger extrusion die and three-roll calender are core forming units of PP/PE/ABS/PVC thick plate production line. With optimized flow channel design, it ensures even melt distribution and stable extrusion. Matched with high-precision three-roll calender system, it accurately controls plate thickness and surface flatness, effectively relieving internal stress of sheets. The finished thick plates feature uniform thickness and smooth surface, supporting continuous stable production of various materials.

4. Aluminum roller support bracket

The aluminum roller support bracket is a supporting component matched with the three-roll calender system. It supports and fixes the cooling aluminum roller to ensure stable rotation of the roller. With the metal thermal conductivity of the aluminum roller and the open structure of the bracket, natural convection heat dissipation of the roller is realized to achieve natural cooling of plates after forming. No extra forced cooling equipment is required. Featuring simple structure and easy maintenance, it stabilizes the forming temperature of plates and guarantees flat surface quality of PP/PE/ABS/PVC thick plates.



 

5. Online Static Discharge

Online auxiliary equipment for PP/PE thick sheet extrusion lines. Adopting servo-driven gantry traversing structure with ion air nozzles.

It neutralizes static charges accumulated on PP/PE insulating sheets during extrusion and traction by supplying positive and negative ion airflow, meanwhile blowing off dust and melt debris on sheet surface.

The unit effectively avoids surface defects such as black spots and pockmarks caused by static dust adsorption, ensuring high gloss surface cleanliness of plastic sheets. It adapts to various sheet widths and provides uniform full-width treatment. Realize integrated online static elimination and cleaning continuously, improving sheet surface quality and yield rate.

 

6. Sheet Cutter
 

Equipped with high-precision length tracking system. It can set cutting dimensions according to production requirements and automatically cut continuous PP/PE thick sheets to fixed lengths. Hydraulic cutting mechanism ensures smooth cut surface without deformation. Quick dimension switching is available. Cooperated with automatic stacking system, it realizes continuous sheet production and automatic fixed-length cutting, improving the automation level of the whole production line.

 

7. Gantry Vacuum Sheet Stacker

After sheets are cut to fixed length by the online shearer and conveyed in place, the equipment steadily absorbs whole sheets via vacuum suction cups. The servo gantry mechanism transfers sheets and stacks them neatly. Flexible suction cups prevent scratches on high-gloss PP/PE sheet surfaces. Optional dual-station automatic switching enables non-stop sheet collection, eliminating manual handling and improving automation of the whole line.
