Introduction

The dual-station blow molding machine production line is a highly efficient and automated plastic processing system, primarily used to manufacture hollow plastic products such as oil cans, lubricant bottles, automotive urea tanks, cosmetic containers, and food packaging. It integrates multiple processes, including extrusion, blow molding, mold clamping, cooling, flash trimming, and finished product conveying. The core components include:

Extrusion Machine: Equipped with a single or twin-screw extruder, some models support multi-layer co-extrusion (e.g., 3-layer structure) for different plastic materials (e.g., PE, PP, PVC).

Accumulator Head: Ensures uniform extrusion of molten plastic, with some models featuring composite flow channel technology for improved parison quality.

Clamping System: Dual-station design allows simultaneous blow molding and cooling, enhancing efficiency. Some models use tie-barless structures or multi-groove locking mechanisms for higher precision.

Parison Transfer System: Robotic arms enable fast parison transfer, reducing energy consumption and improving stability.

Flashing Trimming Unit: Automatically removes excess material, with some models including a recycling system for reusing trimmed scraps.
Product Conveying &Cooling System: Includes pre-cooling and post-cooling devices to ensure rapid solidification.

Automated Control System: Uses PLC or Siemens HMI, supporting functions like wall thickness control and online leak testing.
