Introduction

Blowing-Filling-Sealing (BFS) Machine adopts a specialized packaging free technology, continuous operation, to make medical polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) particles into containers, fully automatic filling and sealing process, and fast continuous cycle production. It integrates several drug production processes into the same equipment to complete the rectification, blow molding, filling, and sealing of plastic containers in a single sterile state, effectively ensuring the safety of drug use. This equipment has the advantages of low production and management costs, good aseptic stability, high intemal quality of the finished product, and low cross contamination rate of the product. It can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry such as eye drops,aerosols, inhalers,injections, disinfectants, and large infusion, It is also used for aseptic packaging plastic containers in the food and chemical industries.

Process

Extruding
The screw extrudes the plasticized particles continuously through the mold end to form the tube embryo. The tube embryo is supported by sterile air. The temperature of plastic melted and extruded is 170~220 degrees.
Blowing
The mould is quickly moved to the bottle blowing/filing station after the extruding station. The bottle blowing, filling and sealing stations are protected in the A-class air shower device. The plastic material is formed into a container through vacuum and/or sterile compressed air in the shape of mold.
Filling
Through the time pressure valve, the liquid is filled into the container and sterile air is discharged. The pipeline can be ClP and SlP shall before filing, ensures safety of medicine.
Sealing
Through the time pressure valve, the liquid is filled into the container and sterile air is discharged. The pipeline can be ClP and SlP shall before filing, ensures safety of medicine.
Out feeding
After sealing,the mould is opened, bottles have been formed, filled and sealed are sent out of the machine for trimming.
