TPU and TPE, as high-performance thermoplastic elastomers, have the advantages of high wear resistance, high elasticity, aging resistance, soft and comfortable to the touch, etc. TPU microfiber leather developed with TPU material is used in imitation leather furniture/soft packaging decoration, stationery applications, clothing materials, luggage leather, car seats and interior applications, sports shoes applications, etc. Traditional microfiber leather, its production process using solvent-based PU coating method, the production process produces the volatilization of chemical solvents, resulting in the enterprise's environmental problems and harm to consumer health. The leather process made by TPU thermoplastic material, one-step extrusion composite molding, the production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, causing no harm to human health, is the best choice to replace the traditional PU leather.

RFQ1: Can I operate machine if don't have experienced engineers?
Jwell:we can send enough engineers to customer's factory in short-time  (5-15days), and also customer can send engineer to JWELL factory for training to get skills of machine operation and maintaining. 

RFQ2:Can we do quality checking and test running before shipment?
Jwell: 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality assurance.

RFQ3: Is it safe to use JWELL machine?
JWELL: Yes, JWELL company apply ISO and 6S production management, we carry out CE,  UL quality and safety international standards.

RFQ4: How can we get spare part?
