Jwell: provides comprehensive after-sales support. Warranty: usually 1~2 years (core components warranty, except wearing parts); Remote support: 24-hour technical hotline + online troubleshooting; On-site service: engineers are available for door-to-door maintenance (travelling expenses need to be borne); Spare parts supply: global warehouses stock commonly used parts to shorten downtime.

Jwell: Factory Acceptance (FAT): We can go to Jinwei factory to test the machine and confirm the operation effect; Site Acceptance (SAT): equipment to the factory debugging to meet the standard capacity; Quality issues: free repair or replacement parts within the warranty period (non-man-made damage); Dispute resolution: the contract explicit arbitration clause (such as China International Trade Arbitration Commission).
