Jwell's film stretching extrusion line is known for its excellent design concept and exquisite technology, showing significant advantages. The production line adopts advanced automated control system to ensure high efficiency and precision of the production process. Equipped with specially designed stretching devices, the line realises uniform stretching of film in both longitudinal and transverse directions, giving the products excellent mechanical and optical properties. Stretch film production line is mainly used for PE lithium electric film; PP,PE breathable film; PP, PE, PET, PS thermo-shrinkage packing industrial.
The equipment is composed by extruder, die head, sheet cast, lognitudinal stretch, transverse stretching, automatic winder and controlling system. Relying on our advanced designing and processing ability, our equipment's features are:
1. Special designed lognitudinal strech roller
2. Driving and controlling system are from world famous brand
3. Controlling system is from precision PLC program
4. High stretch acuracy, high speed, and steady working status
We are able to design equipment as per customer's request with high acuracy stretch equipment:
1-10 streching ratio, width range will be 500-3000mm, thickness range will be 0.05-0.3mm.

Product Application

Food packaging: Biaxially orientated polypropylene (BOPP) films and biaxially orientated polyester (BOPET) films are widely used in food packaging bags, trays, containers and so on.These films have excellent barrier properties, transparency and mechanical strength, which can effectively protect food and extend shelf life.
Industrial Packaging: Stretch wrapping film is an important material in industrial packaging, used for fixing, protecting, dustproof and moisture-proofing various articles and equipment.Semiconductor Packaging: Polyimide (PI) films, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films, etc. are used for semiconductor packaging materials, providing electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, and chemical resistance.
Display Manufacturing: BOPET films and other films are used to make components such as polarisers and backlight panels for liquid crystal displays, improving the performance and visual effect of the displays.
Polyethylene (PE) films, among others, are used to cover agricultural fields and greenhouses to provide insulation, moisture retention and weed control to promote crop growth.

Jwell: Factory Acceptance (FAT): We can go to Jinwei factory to test the machine and confirm the operation effect; Site Acceptance (SAT): equipment to the factory debugging to meet the standard capacity; Quality issues: free repair or replacement parts within the warranty period (non-man-made damage); Dispute resolution: the contract explicit arbitration clause (such as China International Trade Arbitration Commission).
