Composition of Single-Screw Sheet Production Line
1. Main Host System
Single-Screw Extruder:
a. Screw Design:
- Length-to-diameter ratio (L/D): Typically 28:1-32:1.
- Temperature zones: Feeding → Compression → Melting → Metering.
b. Material:
- 38CrMoAl alloy steel, nitrided surface for wear and corrosion resistance.
c. Heating Power:
- Determined by output (e.g., 30 kW for 100 kg/h).
2. Die System
Clothes-Hanger Die:
a. Width: Adjustable (500-1200 mm).
b. Lip Gap: 0.2-1.5 mm (precisely adjustable).
c.Material Adaptation:
- APET/PETG: Anti-stick coating on die lips.
- PLA: Low-temperature die (to prevent degradation).
3. Calendering & Cooling System
Three-Roll Calender:
a.Roller Diameter: Φ300-400 mm, mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm).
b.Temperature Control:
- APET/PETG: Top roll (80°C) / Middle roll (60°C) / Bottom roll (40°C).
- PLA: All rolls ≤ 30°C.
4. Haul-Off & Winding
Multi-Stage Haul-Off Rolls:
a. Servo motor-driven, speed synchronization accuracy ±0.5%.
Automatic Winder:
a.Tension control (10-50 kg adjustable), max. roll diameter Φ600 mm.
5. Auxiliary Equipment
Drying System:
a. Dehumidifying dryer (dew point -40°C).
b.APET/PETG: Pre-drying required (4h @ 65°C).
Cutting System:
a.Online slitter (pneumatic/hydraulic), width tolerance ±0.5 mm.
