1. Raw Material Handling System
Automatic dosing system: Precisely controls the ratio of main material (PE pellets) to additives (antioxidants, UV stabilizers, etc.).
Drying and conveying: A dehumidifying dryer ensures moisture-free raw materials, while a vacuum feeder enables automated material supply.
2. Extrusion System
Multi-layer co-extrusion die:Designed for 2-3 layer co-extrusion (e.g., middle layer for anti-seepage + surface layer for UV resistance), with a die width of up to 6-12 meters.
High-performance extruder:Screw design:Barrier or grooved feed screws ensure uniform plasticization (L/D ratio typically 25:1-33:1).
Temperature control accuracy:±1°C, with zoned heating (5-7 sections) to accommodate different melting requirements.
3. Forming and Cooling System
Cast film forming:
The melt is extruded through a T-die and rapidly solidified via chill rolls or water baths.
Multi-stage cooling:
Primary cooling:Dual-sided water-cooled rolls (controlled water temperature, ±0.5°C).
Secondary cooling:Air knives + cooling rolls to eliminate internal stress.
4. Thickness Control and Inspection
Automatic thickness gauge: Beta-ray or infrared scanning provides real-time feedback to the control system, adjusting die bolts ( ±0.01 mm).
Edge thickness control: Automatically adjusts die lip opening to prevent edge thickening.
5. Traction and Flattening System
Multi-roller traction: Servo motor-driven with closed-loop tension control (prevents stretching deformation).
Flattening device: Curved rollers or expanders eliminate film wrinkles.
6. Surface Treatment Module (Optional)
Textured embossing: Embossing rollers create single/double-sided textures to enhance friction coefficient (roughness 0.3-1.0 mm).
Corona treatment: Improves surface tension for better lamination or welding.
7. Winding and Slitting
Dual-position winder: Automatic core switching, with a maximum winding diameter of 2.5 meters (load capacity >10 tons).
Online slitting: Rotary blade slitting with a width tolerance of ±1 mm.
8. Intelligent Control System
PLC + HMI: Centralized control of temperature, speed, tension, etc., with recipe storage.
Defect detection: High-resolution CCD cameras automatically identify and mark bubbles or impurities.
