Applications

 

Pipe Series Screw

The screw of this series is mainly designed for all kinds of pipe extrusion. The screw structure is divided into two types: 
general type and high efficiency type. The new high efficiency screw adopts the structure of separating type with barrier and mixing, and the barrel adopts the structure of separating type with inner hole pulling helical groove, which can greatly improve the extruding efficiency of the production line, and at the same time, reduce the screw in the use of high speed and large output, the screw prongs of the situation of transitional wear. Plasma surfacing three-sided alloy treatment can be used to improve the service life of the screw.

 

Plate, Sheet, Film Series Screw

This series of screw is designed for extruding of plates, sheet and membrane products, and it is designed for different types of plate membrane products. The plate type products can adopt the venting type screw, the membrane screw usually adopts the structure complex separation type or the barrier type screw.
