Inlaid Patch-type Drip Irrigation Pipe Line

The whole set of equipment is composed of feeding system, dripper selecting device, extruder, screen changer, mold, calibrators, vacuum cooling system, punching detection device, haul-off unit, winder and other main components. The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC and driven by servo motor, which makes the control more accurate to ensure the auto-matic production of the whole production line.

Dripper selecting device:
Speed of the conveying dripper : 1000-1200 pieces/min
Extruder: equipped with phase servo motor/three-phase AC servo motor
Automatic punching machine: use servo punching machine, online automatic imaging analysis, detection of punching system; It is equipped with the alarm for missing punching and dripper spacing deviation identification;High-speed camera and human-computer interface operating system are configured to punch the dripper, detect, track and record.
Full-automatic winder: the drive adopts servo control to automatically complete the winding, changing and packaging of drip irrigation pipes.
