4. High-Stability Haul-Off System
Using Swiss multi-ribbed belts, MITSUBISHI servo motors, and German turbine worm reducers, the haul-off unit delivers long-term high-speed performance without belt slippage or noise-perfect for sensitive medical extrusion.
5. Clean and Accurate Cutting
The cutting system uses a low-inertia aluminum knife arm with a custom blade pouch to ensure smooth cuts without burrs. Powered by a Japanese MITSUBISHI servo motor and PLC, cutting length is freely adjustable with automatic counting and full HMI support.
6. Closed-Loop Synchronization
The extruder and haul-off unit use full closed-loop AC servo systems. The haul-off speed is continuously adjusted based on extruder speed, ensuring real-time synchronization and preventing diameter fluctuations caused by environmental factors. Final dimensional accuracy is maintained at an industry-leading ±0.03mm.
