Super mirror rolls, with their ultra-high precision and extremely smooth surface (roughness Ra ≤ 0.01μm), are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields with stringent requirements on surface quality: in the plastic film industry, they are used for bi-directional stretch (BOPP, BOPET) calendering and cast film shaping, which significantly improves the optical transparency and surface flatness; in the production of lithium batteries, they are used as the pole rolls to ensure the electrode coating is evenIn the production of lithium batteries, it is used as an electrode roll to ensure the electrode coating is uniform and flawless; in the field of high-end packaging, it is used to provide mirror-level lamination for aluminised film and transfer film; and it is also used in the precision calendering of liquid crystal display optical film (brightness enhancement film and diffusion film), as well as in the surface finishing of special paper (e.g., cigarette splicing paper) and metal foil (copper-aluminium foil), which can effectively reduce the defects and enhance the texture of the materials.Its excellent stability and abrasion resistance make it the core component of nanoscale coating (e.g. photovoltaic backsheets, adhesive tapes), which directly affects the performance and yield of the end products.
