Product Application

The ABS/PE core roll production line is an automated system designed for the production of high-strength, corrosion-resistant plastic pipe core rolls, which are widely used in paper, packaging, textile, film manufacturing and other industries.The production line processes ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer) or PE (Polyethylene) materials into hollow core rolls of different specifications through extrusion moulding, cooling and shaping, haul-off and cutting, etc. The production line is characterised by precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, compression and abrasion resistance, and it is especially suitable for use as a support backbone for industrial rolled materials (such as paper, metal foils and plastic films).Its automated control system enables high-speed continuous production and supports customised diameters and wall thicknesses to meet downstream customers' demand for environmentally friendly recyclable core tubes, effectively replacing traditional paper core tubes and improving logistics and storage efficiency.
