The high-efficiency lamination system designed for mid-seam composite bags uses dual extruders to simultaneously complete the front and back double-sided coating lamination of substrates (PP/HDPE woven fabric, non-woven fabric, paper), significantly improving tensile strength and moisture-proof performance. It is innovatively equipped with a double-sided color film automatic plate alignment system, which achieves a plate alignment accuracy of ± 0.1mm and supports high-speed production of flat mouths/valve pockets. It is suitable for chemical bags, feed bags, food packaging bags and other products, and empowers the upgrading of the packaging industry with intelligent operation and stable production capacity.
