This PVC dual pipe/four pipe extrusion machine is optimized for simultaneous extrusion of two or four pipes, significantly increasing production efficiency and reducing energy consumption per unit output. Two extruder models are available: SJZ65/132 for smaller outputs and SJZ80/156 for higher throughput needs.

With the precisely designed dual-pipe extrusion die, materials are evenly distributed into two or four channels, ensuring uniform flow, stable extrusion, and excellent plasticizing performance. This system supports the production of pipe diameters commonly ranging from 16mm to 63mm.
