Introduction

Application of Double-Shaft Shredder:
The thickness of the blades and the number of claws can be adjusted according to different materials. When processing hollow materials, a pressing device can be equipped to increase output. The machine operates at a low speed, keeping noise and dust levels within higher standards.
Working Principle:

The material enters the shredding chamber through the feeding system. Inside the chamber, shredding blades are mounted on the shafts. The pushing box forces the material toward the blades, where it is torn, squeezed, and sheared into smaller pieces. The shredded material is then discharged through the screen holes.

The double-shaft shredder can shred a wide range of materials, including waste plastics, plastic pipes, plastic drums, beverage bottles, rubber lumps, films, large nylon materials, fibers, and lightweight or thin materials, turning them into block or flake form.
