The PP/PE/PA/PETG/EVOH Multilayer Barrier Sheet Co-extrusion Line from JWELL is a multi-layer structured sheet formed by simultaneous extrusion of plastic raw materials with different properties in a certain order and ratio. This technology enables precise control of the thickness and composition of each layer to achieve the best combination of properties. With multilayer co-extrusion technology, raw materials such as PP, PE, PA, PETG and EVOH can be skilfully combined to form multilayer co-extruded barrier sheets with excellent barrier properties, mechanical properties and appearance. Each layer assumes a specific function, such as blocking gases, water vapour, light, etc., or providing mechanical strength, heat and cold resistance.
