These sheets are widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and electronic protection due to their excellent barrier properties (e.g., oxygen/UV/moisture resistance), mechanical strength, and heat-sealability. Typical layers range from 3 to 9 or more.

(1) Extrusion System
Multiple extruders: Each extruder melts and feeds a specific material, equipped with precision screws (e.g., barrier screws) for homogeneous plastication.  
Material-specific processing: Independent temperature control for materials like EVOH (low-temperature processing).  
(2) Co-extrusion Die 
Multi-layer feedblock: Distributes molten materials into layers with uniform thickness.
