Introduction
The unit is a complete set of equipment consisting of a series of conical twin-screw extruders and coresponding pelletizing auxiliary machines. tis mainly used for pelletizing of PVC filers. The produced plastic pellets are uniform, compact and beautiful. The auxiiary machine adopts die facedicing, wind feeding aggregate, vibration separation and cooling, and has the characteristics of high automation and high production eficiency.
Specially designed for recycling and re-pelletizing PVC scrap materials, including offcuts, defective products, and leftover edge trims. It is widely used in reprocessing cable sheaths, pipes, profiles, and sheets. With its counter-rotating conical twin-screw configuration, the machine offers excellent plasticizing and dispersing capabilities, effectively minimizing thermal degradation of heat-sensitive PVC during processing.
